GREEN December 21, 1926 - January 19, 2012ANDERSON, SCJule Ann Lewis Green, age 85, of Anderson, wife of the late Richard Spencer Green, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 21, 1926, Mrs. Green was the daughter of the late John Lewis and Mary Adger Lewis. She attended Bowling Green University in Ohio and moved to Anderson, SC in 1969. She worked for Cochran Jewelers and was an avid bridge player. Mrs. Green was a loving mother and wonderful grandmother.Survivors include her daughters; Lynda Green and her partner, Rosalie Mitchell of Orlando, FL, Cathy Tate and her husband, John and Debbie Adams and her husband Dennis, all of Anderson; six grandchildren; Spencer Brewster and his wife, Amy, Mary Alice Eames, Aprile Adams and George Tenney, Jonathan Tate, Alan Adams and his wife, Merebeth and Matt Tate; one great-grandchild. She also leaves behind her beloved cat 'Buttercup'.In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Rick Green and a brother, Jack Lewis.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Chaplain Marilyn E. Krebs officiating.
