June Joyce Harris, of Burton, age 84, passed away October 4, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. A committal service will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at New Silver Brook Cemetery. June was born in Marquette, MI on June 18, 1934, daughter of the late Archie and Almeda (Rodabaugh) Conners. She married Beverly A. "Boots" Harris, Jr. on October 26, 1963. June was a faithful member of Davison Meadows Baptist Church. She loved teaching Sunday school and helping the youth. She also enjoyed working in her garden and tending to her flowers. June is survived by her husband, Beverly A. "Boots" Harris, Jr.; children, Lee Harris and Julie Joyce Harris; grandchildren, Savannah (Dayton) Senecal and Sydney Saylors; great-grandson, Jace Senecal; siblings, Gale Moen, Elizabeth (Tom) Saunders, Marvin (Susie) Connors and Penny (Mike) Graham.
