Justin was born in Anderson, SC on July 18, 1994. He graduated from Pendleton High School in 2012 and was employed at Opperman Webbing. He was an avid artist and a well- mannered, caring and awesome young man. In addition to his mother Tracey Cook, Justin is survived by two brothers, Carlos Rodriguez - Cook and his wife, Tileena and Stephen Rodriguez - Cook, grandmother, Freddi Smith; and nieces, Kaliyssa Cook - Sloan and Kara Cook.
