Kathleen Bernice Shaw Fowler, age 90, passed away on April 12, 2016, at Abbeville Nursing Home. Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Olin Shaw and the late Pearl Todd Shaw. She worked at Scott Manufacturing for many years and was a member of Trinity Springs Church of God. She is survived by her sons, Frank Fowler and his wife Marty, of Iva, SC, and Mike Fowler, of Abbeville, SC; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Franklin Fowler. The Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at New Silver Brook Cemetery with Reverend James Patterson officiating. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Abbeville Nursing Home administration and staff for their concern and care for Mrs. Fowler.
