McCULLOUGHAPRIL 5, 1911 - April 16, 2009IVA, SC ' Mrs. Kathleen Wiles McCullough, age 98, wife of the late Louis B. McCullough, of 10301 Highway 81 South, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, April 16, 2009, surrounded by her loving family.Born in Iva, SC on April 5, 1911, she was the daughter of the late John W. Wiles and Vera P. Kelley Wiles. She retired from employment in the Cafeteria at the Iva Elementary School. Mrs. McCullough was the oldest member of Union Baptist Church, where she was faithfully devoted to the Dorcas Sunday School Class.Survivors include her son, Ted B. McCullough and wife, Joyce McCullough; seven grandchildren: Karen McMullan, Teddy, Marion, Dan, Bryan, Gary, and Chris McCullough; twelve great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Max McCullough; her brother, James E. 'Jake' Wiles; and two grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Union Baptist Church conducted by the Reverend Ronnie Powell and the Reverend Leroy Hayes. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Mrs. McCullough will be placed into the church at 12noon on Saturday.
