Sims of 302 I Street, died Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Hospice of The Upstate in Anderson, SC.Born in Raleigh, NC on December 1, 1929, Mrs. Sims was a daughter of the late Allen Dills and Ida Shope Dills. She was retired from hospital and store work and a member of Eastview Baptist Church in Pelzer.Survivors include her husband, Terrell C. Sims of the home; son, Robert L. Fowler, Jr.; brother, Jimmy Dills and sister, Jackie Smith, both of New York, and one grandson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sonjia Fowler.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at 3:00 pm at Forest Lawn Mausoleum Chapel in Anderson officiated by the Reverend Sam Duncan.
