Kathy Williams Spence, age 62, of Anderson, SC, loving wife to Keith Spence, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born August 26, 1959, in Ashtabula, OH, she was the daughter of the late Broughton Williams and Georgene Klumph Williams. Kathy worked in textiles and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her devoted husband Keith, she is survived by her children, James Corey Spence of Anderson, SC, and Brandy M. Cumbie (Russell) of Columbia, SC; brothers, Frankie Williams (Midge) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Raymond Williams (Sylvia) of AL, David Williams of Piedmont, SC, and Michael Williams (Linde) of Summerville, SC; sister, Susie Case (Dan) of Piedmont, SC; and eight grandchildren, Lee Spence, Alex Spence, Zach Cumbie, Emma Deal, Elijah Cumbie, Devin Dobbs, Autumn Cumbie, and Joshua Cumbie. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 15, 2022, from 1:45 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at The McDougald Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow visitation in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Dwayne Peeples officiating. The family will be at their respective homes. Flowers will be accepted.
