Keith Richard "Cousin Yank" Hubbard, age 47, of Starr, SC, devoted husband to Laura Mosher Hubbard, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. Born August 17, 1974, at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter County, SC, he is the son of Phillip Hubbard and Mildred Arthur Hubbard. Keith worked as the plant manager for Thomas Concrete for over 15 years. He was known in his younger years to be extremely athletic. Some of his many hobbies included: amateur radio, BMX, paint ball, and anything Star Wars. He loved otters, trains, his Jeep, and traveling with his wife. Most of all, he cared deeply for his family who meant the world to him and will be truly missed. In addition to his loving wife and parents, he is survived by his daughter, Aubrey Mercado; brother, Michael James Hubbard; niece and nephew, Erin Hubbard and Thomas Jordan Hubbard; cousin who was like a brother, Richard Arthur, Jr. and his children, Ashley Woody, Mercedes Harp, and Jacob Arthur; and his Thomas Concrete family. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Katherine Arthur, and grandfather, Oscar Arthur. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Richard Arthur, Sr. officiating.
