Kendell was a student at Crescent High School.In addition to her parents, Kendell is survived by her two brothers: SN Sean Douglas Black of the United States Coast Guard and Trent William Black of the home; her sister, McKayla Black, also of the home; her grandparents: Douglas & Sherry Hall and Martha Black; her great grandmother, Lavilda Hall, all of Iva; and her two special friends: Vi Moore of Anderson and Lorraine Jones of Abbeville.Kendell was preceded in death by her grandfather, Willie B. Black, Jr.A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Monday, May 5, 2008 at First Creek Baptist Church conducted by the Reverend Donnie Murdock.
