He retired from the franchising distributing industry and was a faithful member of St. John's United Methodist Church. Additionally, he was active within Meals on Wheels, the Lions Club, and the Anderson Touchdown Club.Survivors include his children: a son, Richard Dailey and wife, Wanda of Greer, SC; a daughter, Nancy Simpson and husband, Larry of Spokane, WA; and three grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, August 21, 2010, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Dan Batson.
