He was formerly employed with Machine Parts in Anderson, SC and La Frances Industries in Pendleton, SC. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of the V.F.W.Survivors include his son, David Griffith; brothers, William Griffith and his wife, Frances and Phil Griffith and his wife, Ann; sisters, Judy Stallings and her husband, Willis and Barbara Kay and her husband, Leon; two grandchildren, Crystal and Patrick Griffith and great-grandson, Matthew Cooper; special Daughter, Deborah Parker and special grandchildren, Alex Busby and Baylee Palmer.He was predeceased by a son, Kenneth F. Griffith, Jr., and grandson, Kenny Lee Griffith.A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 4:00 pm, officiated by the Reverend Fred Custer at Slabtown Cemetery, Pendleton, SC with Military Honors.
