SIMPSON July 11, 1941 - July 8, 2009 ANDERSON, SCKenneth 'Slim' Wayne Simpson, age 67 of Anderson, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, GA.Born in Harrisonburg, VA, he was a son of the late Ralph David Simpson and Norma Hurst Simpson of Anderson. He attended Boys' High School and was a former member of Evergreen Hills Baptist Church.In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, David Simpson and his wife, Janet and two nieces, Stephanie Nalley and Casey Sonke of Marietta, GA.A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with visitation immediately following the service.The McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
