Kenneth Lamar Skelton, 76, of Starr, SC passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at his home. Born January 22, 1942 in Anderson, SC, he was a son of the late Charles C. Skelton and the late Maggie Lee Sanders Skelton. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Skelton and son, Douglas Hembree. Kenneth was a truck driver and retired from Am-Can Transport. He loved his family, being outdoors and wood working. He is survived by his daughters, Susan Hill of Anderson, SC and Beth Scoggins of Starr, SC; four grandchildren, Kenneth Hembree, Rachel Hill, Charlie Scoggins and Leigh Ann Robert; and also five great-grandchildren and beloved dog, Boots. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 3:30pm Wednesday at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev.
