KERRY L. MORTON SR. December 5, 1950 - November 13, 2012 ANDERSON, SC Kerry Lynn Morton, Sr., age 61, of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Anderson, he was the son of the late David Oscar Morton and the late Dorothy Bryant Morton. He graduated from Rockingham, NC High School and from Limestone College. He retired from BASF after 37 years of service. He was a Youth Director in several churches and was a Deacon at Middleton Road Baptist Church. He was most currently a member of Little River Baptist Church in Honea Path. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Gail Bouldin Morton of the home; sons, Kerry L. Morton, Jr., of Anderson, SC and Brian Morton and his wife Amanda of Iva, SC; two brothers, Ted Morton of Anderson, SC and Gregg Morton, Sr. of London, England; and three grandchildren, Austin Tyler Morton, Andrew Morton and Jon Lucas Morton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Joseph Bailey Morton. The Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012, at 11:00 am at Little River Baptist Church Cemetery in Honea Path, SC, with Reverend Garrett Hart officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 16, 2012, at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
