The doctor said she would never make it to her first birthday. She fought a valiant battle the past 22 years. She was a strong willed angel sent from God.She is survived by her mother Tammy E. Shore, Anderson, SC and father, Anthony J. Brown, Sr., of Columbia, SC; brother, (T.J.), Anthony J. Brown, Jr., and sister-in-law, Kayla M. Brown, nephew, Brayden, niece, Ensley Ann of Anderson, SC; sister, Savannah C. Brown of Iva, SC; paternal grandmother, Phyllis E. Kilgore of Anderson, SC; paternal great-grandparents, Emory and Florence Collins of Toccoa, GA., uncles and aunts, Tommy and Rhonda Spence of Anderson, SC, Kenneth and Hanillyn Thomason of Anderson, SC and Jimmy and Rita Powell of Virginia Beach, VA. Also a number of great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins and a special friend/brother, Kenneth R. Branyon survive her.She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Viola C. Bagwell and grandfather, Gerald T. Spence; paternal grandfather, Claude D. Kilgore; great maternal grandparents, William and Maggie Spence; great grandmother, Dorothy McClanahan.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Kenneth Jones. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Anderson.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.The family will be at the home of her grandmother, Phyllis E.
