Autrey Lafel Lollis, age 72, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born June 9, 1949, in Anderson, he was the son of the late T.G. Lollis and Sue Thompson Lollis. Lafel was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School and was retired from Jacobs Manufacturing in Seneca. He loved fishing, was a talented flymaker and collector of fishing lures, and was a fan of NASCAR. He is survived by his sister, Gloria Whitfield (Harry); son-in-law, Benjie Burdette; grandchildren, Zack Burdette, Nick Burdette (Hailee), and Destiny Burdette; and great granddaughter, Arabella. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Cindy Lollis and Angie Burdette. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Friday, July 2, 2021, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Royce Addis officiating. Burial will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
