Lopez, Jr., of 303 Centerville Road, Anderson, SC, died Tuesday, January 03, 2006 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in Anderson, SC on November 22, 1950, Mrs. Lopez was the daughter of George Thomas Lance of Belton, SC and the late Vivian Lois Lackey Lance. She was a United States Air Force veteran having served 12 years. She retired from VyTech Industries, Inc. and was of the Baptist Faith.Survivors include her husband, Tony C. Lopez, Jr., of the home; sons, Baldemar Lopez of Brighton, IL, Jerry Lopez of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Tony G. Lopez, IV, of San Antonio, TX and Randy Pete Lopez of Boston MA; a daughter, Blanca Lydia Lopez Garcia of Conover, NC; two brothers, Montie Lance and Tim Lance, both of Anderson, SC; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Lance. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home by the Reverends Dennis Barden and Ansel Boggs. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Anderson with Military Honors.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 5, 2006 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
