Larry Donald Pollard Anderson, SC Larry Donald Pollard, age 74, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Exalted Health and Rehab of Iva, SC. Born in Anderson, SC on April 6, 1940, he was the son of the late Luke Pollard and the late Avis Broome Pollard. He worked at Daniel's Construction and Insulation for many years. Larry was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Poore Pollard; a son, Curtis Allen Pollard and his wife Gemma, of Anderson, SC; a daughter, Tosha Alica Ellenburg, of Belton, SC; and five grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Pollard and a sister, Shelby McKee. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Sam Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home, on Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
