Reuben Larry Scott, 83 of Anderson, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Rainey Hospice House. Born August 14, 1935 in Anderson, he was a son of the late Reuben J. and Rosalee White Scott. He was also preceded in death by his son, Tony Ray Scott and his sister, Diana Hosea. Larry retired from Owens Corning with 36 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Mary Bailey Scott of the home; sons, Dwayne Scott (Charlene) and Mike Scott (Rita); brother, Jack Don Scott (Jane); five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be in the chapel at 1:00 pm Wednesday with Rev.
