Laura Glendale HarbinNovember 27, 1942 - January 27, 2012ANDERSON, SCLaura Glendale Daniel Harbin, age 69 of 3016 Manchester Circle and widow of Julian L. Harbin, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012. Born in Anderson, SC, Glendale was a daughter of Evelyn Nash Daniel and the late James T. 'Bub' Daniel. She was a graduate of Girls High School and retired as a Buyer from Gallant Belk. She was a faithful member of Central Presbyterian Church where she loved to teach pre-school children's Sunday school, sing in the choir and she held the office of Elder. Glendale was an avid animal lover and sang Alto in the GAMAC Chorale.She is survived by her mother; two sons, Julian 'Jay' Harbin and his wife, Karen, and Daniel A. Harbin and his wife, Ruth all of Anderson, SC; two daughters Cathy Harbin Stinson and her husband, Brad of Iva, SC and Susan Harbin Sears and her husband, Jody of Anderson, SC; two sisters, Pat Dunn and her husband Terry and Diane Smith and her husband, Dennis all of Anderson, SC; four grandchildren Haden and Savannah Sears and Nash and Grace Harbin all of Anderson, SC; and two grand-pups, Roxy and Bruiser Stinson.The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 29, 2012 in the Fellowship Hall of Central Presbyterian Church from 1:00PM until 2:30PM with the Funeral Service to follow in the Church Sanctuary at 3:00PM with the Reverend Dr. David J. Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
