LARRY SPINDLER December 23, 1923 - August 31, 2007BELTON, SCMr. Laurence Everette Spindler, age 83, husband of Patty Spindler of 1809 Camelot Forest Road, Belton, SC, died Friday, August 31, 2007 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born in Passaic, NJ on December 23, 1923, Mr. Spindler was the son of the late Laurence Aloys Spindler and Marion Helen Force Spindler. He was a retired toolmaker and was the founder of the Austin Bantam Club of Morris, New York.In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Laurence Robert 'Bob' Spindler of Florida, Daniel Spindler and David Spindler, both of New York; daughters, Sue Holdredge and Mary Ellen Vrendenburg, both of New York, Laura White of West Virginia and Valerie Fischer of Michigan; sister, Marion Phyllis Bigford of West Virginia; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Peter James Spindler and two daughters, Patricia Nason and Deborah Spindler.I lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.A message of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting www.mcdougaldfuneralhome.comTHE McDOUGALD FUNERAL HOME is serving the Spindler family.
