LAVERNE COX February 27, 1940 - June 19, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Laverne Huckabaa Cox, age 73, of Anderson, passed away on June 19, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in San Bernadino, CA, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Orville Huckabaa and the late Mary Elizabeth McCorkley Huckabaa. She worked for many years at the Afco Corporation and also at the Iva Caf. She is survived by her son, Elmer Cox, of Anderson; and two daughters, Mary Richardson, of Belton, SC and Ann Marie Cox, of Anderson, SC; and four grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Winston Larkins; three brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends at the home and a service will be held at a later date.
