Lawrence Joseph "Uncle Larry" Kukulski, age 84, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Rainey Hospice House. Born January 16, 1937 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Edward Kukulski, Sr. and Stella Wolski Kukulski. He was married to Patricia Ann Kukulski until her death in 2018. Lawrence was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Roosevelt University and served in the US Air Force Reserve. He was formerly the CFO of Goodman Conveyor in Belton. Lawrence was an avid golfer and member of the Greenville Country Club, Kiwanis Club, and was the treasurer of the Bradley Park HOA. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where he served on the financial and fundraising boards. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Joseph Klempka, Jr. (Claudette); nephews, Peter Klempka and Christopher Klempka; and great niece, Sarah Klempka. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Kukulski, Jr. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 2:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Philip Gillespie officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church and School, 1200 Cornelia Rd., Anderson, SC 29621.
