He was a former contractor and member of the Iva Church of God of Prophecy.Survivors include his wife, Judy Mount Collins of the home; children: Donovan Collins of Starr, Jason Collins of Iva, Karen Mount of Lowndesville, Mandy Mount of Iva, and Victoria Garrett of Iva; sisters: Louise Ansley Collins of Toccoa, Betty Jean Pressley Collins of Toccoa, and Ruby Inez Collins Thomas of Toccoa; brothers: J.B. Collins of Anderson and John Henry Collins of Toccoa; and eleven grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 3pm on Thursday, December 31, 2009, at the Iva Church of God of Prophecy, conducted by the Reverend Stanley Campbell.
