Anderson, SC Mrs. Lenda Ann Shaw Smith, 68, of 505 Manley Drive, Anderson, SC died on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House. She was born to the late Earl and Gladys Turner Shaw on March 1, 1947 in Anderson, SC. She was the wife of the proud Mr. Richard J. Smith to which she was married for 52 years. She was of the Baptist faith and worked as a winder at Spring Industries for several years. She is survived by her husband: Richard J. Smith; two sons: Raymond Smith and his wife Kimberly Fletcher Smith of Iva and J. Mike Smith of Anderson; one brother: Doug Shaw of Pendleton; one sister: Margaret Chasteen of Williamston; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday, August 3rd, 2015 at 11:00am with the Rev. Dwight Greene officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00pm on Sunday, August 2nd, 2015 at the funeral home.
