Lenola Ann "Pat" Hamm Addis, 74, passed away on Saturday June 22, 2019 at the Rainey Hospice House. She was a daughter of the late Clyde Hamm and the late Lutrill Horne Hamm and the wife of the late Arthur J. Addis. Pat is survived by her children, Greg Addis (Kim) and Tammy Addis Burdette; brother, Donnie Hamm (Lynn); sisters, Brenda Hughes (Rufus) and Debbie Phillips (Danny); grandchildren, Nicholas Burdette, Justin Burdette, Kinsley Owens, Taylor Gennaro, Kayleigh Burdette and Jacob Addis; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 pm - 3 pm on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:30 pm in the Chapel officiated by Pastor Jan Culpepper and Chaplain Kevin Thompson. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family would like to thank the staff at the Rainey Hospice House for the care and comfort given to Pat and to her family during this time.
