Lenora Brown Hardy, 76, of Starr, SC, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born January 25, 1942, in Iva, SC, she was a daughter of the late Lealon Elzie Brown, Jr. and the late Etta Mae Craft Brown. She was also preceded in death by her brother, L.E. Brown, Jr. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple and had worked for B.F. Goodrich. She is survived by her sons, Bobby C. Cooper (Amanda Lynn) of Starr, SC and Gary T. Cooper, Jr. of Anderson, SC; brothers, Bennie Brown of Pendleton, SC; sister, Linda Brown Kisker (Richard) of Piedmont, SC and granddaughter, Deanna Lynn Cooper of Starr, SC. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, August 9, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 11am Friday, August 10, 2018 at Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating.
