He was a carpenter.Survivors include his mother, Minnie Lee Dooley Norris; children, David Norris and his wife, Christi of Anderson and Joe Norris and his wife, Amanda of Iva; brothers, Thomas Norris of Anderson, John Norris of Florida and Harry Norris of Anderson; sisters, Nell Hall and Mag Bowman, both of Tennessee and Ann Dempsey of Florida and four grandchildren, Jake, Gracie, Josie and Ava.A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 3:00 pm at South Lawn Memorial Gardens conducted by the Reverend Jerry Chapman.
