LeRoy Howard Christeson, of Anderson, SC, age 93, passed away on May 26, 2017. He was born November 20, 1923, in Clinton, MN. He was the son of Ernest and Annie Christeson. LeRoy was a World War II Navy Veteran, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He worked for the Department of Agriculture for 32 years before retirement in 1983. He was an avid bridge player and earned the Gold Life Master Award. Surviving are his beloved wife, Elizabeth of 40 years; step-children, Ruth Mizuba, Kathryn Poole (Tony), James Keech (Rosemary); six step-grandchildren, and four step-great granddaughters. Also surviving are his sister, Doris (Kenneth) and brother Edward. He was preceded in death by three sisters and six brothers. LeRoy was a great family man who loved all of them.
