Lila Ann Martens Terry, age 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at her home. Born in South Bend, IN on March 29, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Mike E. Reynolds and the late Elsie Martens Reynolds. Lila was a loving mother and grandmother. She had a sassy sense of humor that will be dearly missed by all. She is described by her family as a 'woman of great wisdom". She had all of the answers and was not afraid to tell you if you were in the wrong. Her knowledge will live on in those that she was closest to. She is survived by her three sons, Michael E. Terry, William L. Terry, and Robert A. Terry (Cheryl); a sister, Claire Burnette; and two grandchildren, Briana Noelle Terry and her fianc Michael Richardson and Cory Joseph Watt (Hannah), and their children, Eliana, Joy, and an expected son. The Memorial Service to honor and celebrate Lila's life will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Silvey officiating.
