She retired from Wamsutta and was a member of Old Hephzibah Baptist Church.Surviving are her children, James T. Brown, Glen D. Brown, Michael Dale Brown, Mary Ann Brown, Catherine Jones, and Brenda Campbell; sisters, Wanda Sue Woods, Mary Magdalene Reed, and Janice Catherine Elgin; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband, Jimmie Maze Brown, a son Jimmy Ray Brown, 3 brothers and 1 sister.The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 2:00pm at Old Hephzibah Baptist Church with Reverends Marvin Edmonds and Luther Cooke officiating.
