Lita Cromer, age 72, of Pelzer, SC, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

Born December 20, 1953, in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Ethan "T.E." Cromer and Loy Watt Cromer.

Kitty was highly creative, wrote poetry, and had a love of music and dance. She also loved to color and make greeting cards to send to her church family. She was a member of White Plains Baptist Church.

She is survived by her partner, Wayne Roeder; sister, Brenda Bost (William); nieces, Victoria Kate Bost and Whitney Elizabeth Bost; and nephew, William David Bost.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Brad Ramey officiating.
