OBITUARY LIZZIE MAE CROCKER RAYJune 20, 1928 - May 12, 2007WILLIAMSTON, SCLizzie Mae Crocker Ray, age 78, of 307 Forest Hills Dr. Williamston, SC, wife of the late Cecil J. Ray Sr., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in Anderson County on June 20, 1928, Mrs. Ray was a daughter of the late Noley J. 'Bill' Crocker and Jessie Smith Crocker. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant Faith.She is survived by her sons, Cecil J. Ray Jr. and his wife, Patricia, and Franklin Dwain Ray, both of Williamston, SC; a daughter, Neda Ray Kantrowitz and her husband, Jack of West Pelzer; a sister, Margie Crocker Bannister of Iva, SC and two grandchildren, Franklin Dwain Ray Jr. and Tiffany Summer Ray.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Crocker.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 3:30 pm in The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel officiated by the Reverend Robert Dale Harper and the Reverend Billy Pinson.
