LIZZIE MAE POOREDECEMBER 23, 1922 - NovemBER 29, 2008ANDERSON, SCLizzie Mae Poore, age 85, resident of Brookside Living Center and formerly of 404 North Point Creek, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2008.Born in Anderson County, SC on December 23, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Elmore Sullivan and Mattie Fountain Sullivan. Mrs. Poore was a homemaker and member of North Anderson Baptist Church.Survivors include her children: Catherine Poore Craft, John Larry Poore and wife, Frankie Poore, June Poore Crawford, and Allen Darrell Poore and wife, Linda Poore, all residing in Anderson, SC; three grandchildren: Charles Brent Craft, Bradley Scott Craft, and Kinsley Crawford Sheridan; eight great grandchildren: Lauren Craft Miller, Charles Austin Craft, Carvan Craft, Bradlee Craft, Carson McGaha, Brantlee McGaha, Teri Rylee Sheridan, and Layla Sheridan; and two great-great grandchildren: Noah Miller and Olivia Miller. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Jeff Poore, IV; a daughter, Carvan Berrie Poore; sons-in-law: Homer Charles Craft and Jerial Crawford; five brothers; and three sisters.The Funeral Service will be held at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Richard Lister.
