Jacques, died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on July 26, 1916, Mrs. Jacques was the daughter of the late Oliver LaPlant and Lola Gagnon LaPlant. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for more than 44 years and was a homemaker. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was attended by a longtime friend, Anne Flanagan and her children, Norma Flanagan of New York City, NY, Karen Flanagan of Las Vegas, NV, Kevin Flanagan of Nokimis, FL and Joyce Kay of Anderson, SC.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2006 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church officiated by Father James Dubrouillet.
