LOU ANN M. CHASTEENJANUARY 11, 1934 - JanUARY 27, 2012ANDERSON, SC ' Lou Ann M. Chasteen, age 78, of Anderson, died at her residence on January 27, 2012.She was the wife of Charlie W. Chasteen, Sr., and daughter of the late Joel Homer Milford and the late Clara Holbrooks Milford. Mrs. Chasteen was born in Hartwell, GA on January 11, 1934. She was owner/operator of Bella Donna Beauty Salon in Anderson and was member of the American Legion and the VFW Auxiliary. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church in Hartwell. In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 brothers; Alton 'Boone' Milford and Jimmy Milford, both of Hartwell, GA; 2 sisters, Sue Floyd and Doris Agnew, both of Hartwell, GA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Chasteen was predeceased by 4 brothers, Harold, Carey, Thomas and Joel Milford; and a sister, Frances Cleveland.The Funeral Service celebrating the life of Mrs. Chasteen will be held at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home at 2 PM on Monday, January 30, 2012 with Rev. John Silver officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will be at their respective residences and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday from 12 Noon until 1:30 PM.
