ATHERTON MAY 16, 1919 - March 2, 2012ANDERSON, SC Louise Bolt Atherton of Anderson, SC passed away on March 2, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Townville, SC she was a daughter of the late Pru Oliver Bolt and Lois Carson Bolt. Louise was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church.Survivors include her children, Betty Cox of Randolph, NJ, Donna Robertson of Pittsboro, NC and Jim Whitson of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Michael David Cox, Kathryn Henderson and Scott Whitson; a great grandson, Eli Whitson; and sisters, Laura Tippett and Sara Ebernickle. In addition to her parents, Louise was predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Atherton and three brothers.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 10:30 am until 11:30 am.
