HARVELLOctober 19, 1934 - May 22, 2010Anderson, SC Louise Isbell Harvell, age 75, of Anderson, SC, widow of the late James W. 'Jim' Harvell, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 22, 2010.Born in Oconee, SC, Mrs. Harvell was a daughter of the late Dorris Isbell and Gertrude Kay Isbell. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, a godly woman who touched everyone she met and helped lead many to Christ. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. Survivors include her daughter, Malinda Bannister and her husband, Fleet, of Anderson, SC; two granddaughters, Rebecca and Hannah Bannister; three sisters, Lois Carver of Seneca, SC, Montez Dyar and Linda Cole, both of Townville, SC; and a beloved adopted grandson, Eddie Vickery.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Harvell was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Isbell, and a sister, Elizabeth Lyles.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 3:30 PM in The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Glen Taylor and Reverend Tony Howell officiating.
