Mrs. Lucille Whitfield Lundkovsky, age 92, wife of James Lundkovsky, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the home of her beloved sister, Deborah Whitfield Mitchell, in Martinez, GA.

She was born in Townville, SC, to the late Alvin Whitfield and Vicki Vanadore Whitfield.

She was retired from what she loved which was child care administration at Little House Daycare. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include two grandsons, Billy and Kevin Lundkovsky; sister, Deborah Mitchell and husband Bill of Martinez, GA; niece, Tammy Glenn Mickas of Martinez, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lundkovsky; her only child, son William Gregory Lundkovsky; two brothers, Walter Whitfield and Dwight Whitfield; and one sister, Dolly Glenn Gunther.

The funeral service will be held Friday, November 3, 2023, at 12:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery in Fair Play, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am.
