ALLEN May 26, 1917 - June 24, 2008ANDERSON, SCMrs. Lucy Daniel Allen, age 91, formerly of Joe Wheeler Drive, wife of the late Henry Lee Allen, died Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at National HealthCare in Anderson.Born in Anderson County, SC on May 26, 1917, Mrs. Allen was a daughter of the late John Daniel and Minnie Fuller Daniel. She was a member of Garner Memorial Baptist Church and was a homemaker.Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Landers of Anderson; Nancy C. Ashburn of North Myrtle Beach, SC and sisters, Bonnie Branyon of Greenville and Ophelia Waters of Anderson; six grandchildren, Dawn King of Nashville, TN, Tina Brown of Anderson, SC, Jennifer Long of Pink Hill, NC, Neal Landers of Nashville, TN, Robbie Kowalczyk of Murrells Inlet, SC and Patricia Coffey of Canaan, CT; eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandson.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.
