Lynette "Anne" Kalloo Albert, age 72, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born July 12, 1948 in Trinidad, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Morton Kalloo and Sybil Molly Madhu Kalloo. She was married for 45 years to Rev. Cecil Albert until his death in 2015. Anne loved the Lord dearly; she faithfully served and worshipped Him with all of her heart. She loved everyone and was a stranger to no one. Known for her hospitality, generosity, and kindness, she always put others before herself. She is survived by her five children, Timothy Albert (Tonya), Mark Albert (Natasha), Marianne Yohannan (Jayamon), John Albert (Marissa), and Rebecca Dhanarine (Keran); two brothers, Kenrick and Renrick Kalloo; three sisters, Stella Oudit, Zita Samodee, and Kathleen Kalloo-Romany; ten grandchildren, Aaron (Kirsten), Caitlin, Andrew, Marie, Isabella, Matthew, Anna Grace, Kristin, Kamron, Samuel, and one expected grandson; and great-grandson, Luke. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Angela "Yvonne" Kublalsingh. Family and friends may pay their respects and sign the Guest Register on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A public funeral service will be held at Freedom Center on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 11:00 am and will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/freedomcentersc. A public graveside service will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 12:30 pm and will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/mcdougaldfuneralhome. Masks are required along with social distancing.
