Harmolyne "Lynn" G. Parker, 70, resident of Old Greenwood Highway, wife of James H. Parker, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at her home.

Born April 22, 1954, in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Harmon W. and Beverly Bailes Geiger. She was a 1977 graduate of Presbyterian College and received her Master's Degree from Clemson University.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 40 years are two sons, James Henry Parker, Jr. and wife Stephanie of Greenwood and Jordon Harmon Parker and wife Andrea of Charleston; three grandchildren, James Henry Parker, III, Thomas Harmon Parker, and Loretta Ann Parker; and a sister, Essie G. Junkins and husband Mike of Anderson.

She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Bailes Geiger; a sister, Sally G. Brainard.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM on Tuesday at Blyth Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating.

A private family burial will be held at Oakbrook Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Jim Welborn, Gus Natvig, Scott Clifton, Julian Nexsen, Ty Christian, and Matt Valkenburg.

Honorary escorts will be Tee Tunstall and Chris Robinson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 PM Tuesday afternoon.
