Obituary
Mack Furman Whitten, Jr., age 63, of Belton, SC, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at his home.
Born June 23, 1960, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Mary Jo Elrod Whitten and the late Mack Furman Whitten, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Tammy L. Whitten.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Jessie L. Taylor and Casey Whitten; daughters, Tracy G. Whitten Bowie, Tasha R. Whitten, and Tina N. Gossett; brothers, Chris, Steven, Phillip, Scott, and Eric Whitten; sisters, Angela Glenn and Vicki Stout; and 5 grandchildren.
A private family graveside service will be held Friday, November 3, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
