Mae Carter Page, age 98, of Iva, SC, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born June 29, 1922 in Lenoir County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Grover H. Carter and Alma Tyndall Carter. She was married to Azor Page until his death in 2000. Mae was a graduate of Emmanuel College and a member of Taylor Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church where she had the distinction of being the oldest surviving member. She is survived by her son, Kirk Emerson Page (Marsha) of Marquette, MI; daughter, Penelope P. King of Iva, SC; granddaughters, Michelle Adams and Lindsey Page; and great grandchildren, Cameron Adams, Callie Adams, and Olivia Page Warren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ann Heini. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 11:00 am at Taylor Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church with Dr. L. Brent Lollis officiating. Social distancing will be observed.
