COCHRAN September 14, 1915 - August 25, 2005 ANDERSON, SCMrs. Maggie Pruitt Cochran, age 89, formerly of 417 Boundry Street and NHC HealthCare, died Thursday, August 25, 2005 at NHC HealthCare in Anderson, SC.Born in Jefferson, TX on September 14, 1915, Mrs. Cochran was a daughter of the late Aiken Pruitt and Elizabeth Greer Pruitt. She was a graduate of Honea Path High School and was a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Anderson, SC. She was in the Ladies Apparel Retail business and retired from The Vogue Shop in Anderson, SC.Survivors include her husband, Archie Means Cochran, Sr.; two sons, Archie M. Cochran Jr., and his wife, Sue of Anderson, SC and J. B. Cochran of Hudson, Mass; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and four sisters.A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2005 at 2:30 pm at Old Silverbrook Cemetery in Anderson, SC officiated by Dr. David J. Bailey and Dr. Martin L. Harkey, Jr. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service.The family will be at the home of Archie and Sue Cochran, 401 Dove Tree Lane, Anderson, SC.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Presbyterian Church, 1404 N.
