Malcolm "Mac" Branyon Anderson, SC Malcolm "Mac" Branyon, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Arthur Branyon and the late Emma McCurley Branyon. He retired from Ryobi after 35 years of service. Mac was a member of Boulevard Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Joyce Powell Branyon; a son, Gregory K. Branyon and his wife Debbie of Lumberton, NC; a daughter, Angela B. Shehan, of Pickens, SC; a sister, Ollie Hiott, of Williamston, SC; four grandchildren, Jordan Branyon, Ashlyn B. Gordon, Amanda Shehan and Robert "Robbie" Shehan: and two great-grandchildren, Berkley and Harper Gordon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, October 4, 2014, from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will follow in the chapel beginning at 3:00 p.m. with his family delivering the eulogy.
