MR. MARCHANT LEE LESLEY April 1, 1931 - December 11, 2012 ANDERSON, SC Mr. Marchant Lee Lesley, age 81, of 304 Broad Street, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Easley, SC, he was the son of the late Mina Lee Lesley and the late Edna Hoxit Lesley. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and was a C.P.A. for over 40 years in the Anderson area. He was a member of the Sertoma Club and the Elks Lodge. Mr. Lesley was also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He is survived by his special companion of 25 years, Mary Michalak; two daughters, Elizabeth L. Cox and her husband Don of Anderson, SC, and Caroline Lee Kordonowy and her husband Stuart of Asheville, NC; a sister, Anita Nalley and her husband Bud of Easley, SC; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four step-sons. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Lesley and his second wife, Norma Cassels Lesley. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, December 14, 2012, from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm. The Funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 pm. A private family committal service will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Military Honors.
