Marcus Anthony Ortiz, 49, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born October 16, 1970 in Bronx, NY, he was a son of Edmundo Ortiz and Abigail Suarez Brown. He was the former manager of KIA of Greer. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Cayla Marie Ortiz (Austin Chapman), Ana Noell Ortiz and Nicolas Anthony Marcelo Ortiz, all of Anderson, SC; brothers, Eddie Ortiz, Jr. of Honolulu, HI and Carlos Ortiz of Zephyrhills, FL; sister, Myra Ortiz Shepard of Honolulu, HI; cousin, Elvin Muriel, Jr.; and step father, Glenn E. Brown He was predeceased by his cousins, Michael Paul Muriel and Luis Torres. Flowers will be accepted.
