Margaret McDonald Timms McClain, age 91, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at NHC of Anderson. Born in Abbeville County SC, on September 25, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Furman Sylvester McDonald and the late Estella Elizabeth Bannister McDonald. She was a former member of Donalds Baptist Church and currently a member of Keowee Baptist Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Shaeron Dunlap and her husband Mike, and Gwen Ashley and her husband Roddey; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Adger Timms; her second husband, Gene McClain; and six brothers and sisters. The Funeral Service will be held at Keowee Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Tony Lee and Reverend Scott Ford officiating. Interment will follow at Donalds Baptist Church in Donalds SC. The family will be at their respective homes.
