Margaret Louise Willis Richey, 78, of Central, SC passed away Wednesday, November 01, 2017 at her daughters' home. Born March 3, 1939, in Anderson County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Dewel P. Willis and the late Pearl Estelle Landers Willis. She retired from Clemson University and was a faithful member of The Church of God of Prophecy in Central, SC. She is survived by her children, Wanda Joan Moore (Charlie), Cynthia Ann Holmes, James Boyd Richey (Lisa) and Steven Richey; brother, Thomas Willis (Margaret); eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Rudolph Richey. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, November 2, 2017 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at The Church of God of Prophecy in Central, SC with Rev. Lonnie Donalds and Rev. Wendell Miller officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Central, SC. The family will be at the home of daughter, Wanda Moore, 315 E. Blue Ridge Street, Pendleton, SC 29670.
